Description

IMPORTANT: This EGR removal kit must not be used on any Td5 model that was manufactured to anything other than Rest of World spec, or if the vehicle is to be used for Off Road purposes only. Removal of emissions control systems on a road going vehicle is strictly prohibited by law in many countries, so please check with your local government for information and potential legal consequences of altering a vehicles emission control system, Before placing your order.

Our Td5 EGR removal kit ensures the engine only takes in a clean, fresh air charge, resulting in a smoother, more flexible engine.

The kit comprises of an Aluminium EGR replacement body, a silver zinc plated mild steel exhaust manifold blanking plate, a new EGR to inlet manifold gasket, and 2 x new silver zinc plated bolts. Full fitting instructions are available in the downloads section of the main website.
