Heavy Duty Manifold Stud Kit

Made from 8.8 grade steel these heavy duty TD5 manifold studs are made from much stronger steel than the Land Rover ones and are also slightly longer to help with heat dissipation reducing the risk of the manifold warping or the studs snapping.

• 10 x heavy duty studs
• 10 x split beam type all metal locking Aerotight™ nuts in A2 stainless steel
• 2 x OEM turbo oil feed banjo washers
• 1 x OEM turbo drain gasket
• 1 x OEM turbo to manifold gasket
• 1 x OEM turbo to downpipe gasket
• 3 x M10 self locking copper flashed flanged nuts – turbo to exhaust downpipe
• 3 x M8 self locking copper flashed flanged nuts – turbo to manifold
• 1 x M8 x 1.25 thread tap to clean threads

Studs are to be torqued to 25 Nm as per workshop manual.  We recommend cleaning the the threads in the head with an M8 tap  prior to fitting.  These fit all vehicles fitted with the TD5 engine.
