Uprated direct replacement intercooler for Land Rover Defender, Discovery or Range Rover 300 Tdi using Allisports special L.I.F.T (Louvered Internal Fin Technology) core design to maximise heat transfer, strength and reliability. Designed with 50% more cooling surface area than the original.
Constructed using laser cut and CNC folded high grade aluminium end tanks, and TIG welded by hand in house. Pressure tested to 30 psi prior to dispatch and supplied with a Lifetime warranty.
No modifications required for installation. Also suitable for vehicles fitted with air conditioning and automatic gearbox models
As the intercooler is far more efficient than the standard item, the fuel pump will benefit from optimisation to compensate for the change in mixture.
